Kilwa District Council is seeking to recruit Office Assistants.

Responsibilities or duties

I. Cleaning the environment outside and inside the office, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, cutting grass, pruning the garden, watering the garden, planting flowers or trees, and cleaning toilets;

II. Placing and storing office equipment in appropriate places;

III. Opening office doors and windows in the morning and closing them after working hours;

IV. Preparing and providing reports on broken equipment; and

V. Performing other duties related to their cadre as directed by the Work Supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Recruits who are Form Four graduates who have attended short courses in the following areas: Office Attendant Course, Office Management, Messengerial Course, Office Clerk from any Government-recognized institution.
