What We're Looking For:

• A professional with a background in IT / Computer Science
• At least 2 years' experience in network support
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos
• Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE4, etc.) are a plus
• Familiar with network monitoring tools

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install and set up network and security systems
• Respond to IT support requests from clients
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Support pre-sales and solution presentations
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and security issues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Keep accurate records and reports
