For one of our award-winning Safari Lodges, we are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager for an intimate safari Lodge. This role combines high-end hospitality leadership with authentic safari experiences.
Chem Chem Safari is located in a private wildlife concession between Tarangire and Lake Manyara national parks. We offer a stimulating and beautiful work environment with room for individual growth and development.
Responsibilities or duties
- Lodge operations management
- Guest experience and personal hosting
- Staff development
- Commercial oversight
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven East African luxury safari lodge management experience
- Exceptional guest relations skills
- Fluent English
