Background
OTAPP TZ is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead, Marketing and Communication to oversee the organization’s marketing strategy, communication initiatives, and brand development activities. The company is looking for a results-oriented professional capable of driving customer engagement, business growth, and brand visibility through innovative and integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
The Lead, Marketing and Communication will be responsible for managing marketing operations, coordinating creative and promotional campaigns, supervising communication strategies, and ensuring all branding activities align with the organization’s business objectives. The role also involves leading the marketing team, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable campaign performance and growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Oversee brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
- Coordinate media campaigns, product activations, social media activities, and content marketing initiatives
- Ensure all marketing materials and communication outputs align with company branding standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with strategic recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
- Lead, mentor, and supervise marketing and communication team members
- Drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth through innovative initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee content development and creative production processes
- Manage stakeholder communication and public relations activities
- Support sales and business development efforts through targeted marketing strategies
- Ensure effective execution of communication campaigns across multiple platforms
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and customer reach
- Coordinate branding and promotional activities within the local market environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing strategy, communications, or brand management leadership
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and teams
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, traditional marketing, social media management, and content strategy
- Experience using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Good understanding of branding, design principles, and creative production processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service abilities
- Experience conducting market research and generating actionable business insights
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities
- Strong creativity and innovation skills in campaign development
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Knowledge of the local market and consumer trends
