  • Perform geochemical sampling, analysis, and interpretation (acid-base accounting, metal leaching, tailings liquor chemistry).
  • Identify and implement low-cost, high-impact exploration methods (soil geochemistry, geophysics integration, machine-learning targeting).
  • Prepare technical reports, budgets, and presentations for management and regulators.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions for tailings reprocessing, water treatment, and resource extension.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of tailings geochemistry.
  • Proven record of cost-effective exploration targeting and brownfields resource growth.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make timely decisions.
  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field and on-site.

Personal Attributes

  • Innovative mindset with a focus on sustainability and long-term value creation.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Team player capable of working independently and driving projects to completion.
