Tehamaspace is seeking a motivated and creative IT Sales Intern (Tech & Content Creator) to join its growing team. This unique internship opportunity combines technology sales, digital marketing, and content creation, allowing the successful candidate to develop practical experience in both business technology solutions and modern digital communication.
The selected candidate will help bridge the gap between complex IT services and customer understanding by supporting sales activities, engaging with business clients, and creating compelling digital content. Responsibilities or duties
- Support sales activities related to managed IT services and technology solutions.
- Identify and understand the needs of corporate clients.
- Assist in pitching managed services and IT support solutions to business customers.
- Support the team in developing and closing sales opportunities.
- Help communicate technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.
- Create content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content.
- Produce educational technology content and practical tech tips.
- Showcase company culture, services, and success stories through digital media.
- Represent Tehamaspace at technology events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Support business presentations and client pitches.
- Act as a brand ambassador across online and offline platforms.
- Engage audiences through confident on-camera presentations.
- Research emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Monitor trends within the managed service provider (MSP) industry.
- Track and utilize trending social media content formats.
- Contribute ideas that enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing and business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of information technology or a strong passion for technology.
- Interest in learning about managed service providers and business technology solutions.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-focused digital content.
- Video recording and editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.
- Understanding of audience engagement strategies and social media best practices.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Confidence when interacting with business owners and professional audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas.
