We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and ensure our guests enjoy an impeccable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Public Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Guest Supplies: Replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries to ensure rooms are fully stocked.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Guest Service: Provide attentive and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel, lodge, or resort environment is highly preferred.
• Communication: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili is a significant advantage for team and guest interaction.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to clean impeccably in an efficient timeframe
• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of housekeeping in a resort setting
• Attributes: Reliable, discreet, and committed to high hygiene and safety standards.
