A dynamic and growing organization in the hospitality and production sectors is seeking an experienced HR  Manager to lead human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy,  ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for diverse roles across multiple business units.
  • Lead employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration.
  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and statutory contributions (NSSF, NHIF, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes fairly and professionally.
  •  Administer performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill teams and support growth.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR trends.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (diploma holders with  strong experience will be considered).
  • 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HR software (experience with Odoo is an added  advantage).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
