We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to champion our culture and drive our people strategies. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, ensuring we attract and nurture the best talent. Your passion for excellence will create a positive and productive work environment that reflects the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires, focusing on hospitality-specific talent.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance guest service skills and employee development.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations, mediation, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor law.
  • Foster a positive work culture that boosts employee engagement and reduces turnover.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local labor regulations and hotel policies.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and support department heads in managing their teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage (understanding shift work, high seasonal turnover, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a genuine passion for developing people.
