Reports to: Agronomy Manager

Duty station: Arusha

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise growers ensuring daily/weekly targets are met.
• Manage greenhouse climate (temperature, humidity, shading, ventilation).
• Evaluate daily water needs and coordinate with the Irrigation Head.
• Oversee propagation units including rooting, hygiene, misting, and early problem detection.
• Monitor crop development, record deviations, and take corrective action.
• Maintain accurate growing data and weekly crop reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Graduated between 2023 – 2025.
• Understanding of climate control, irrigation alignment, and propagation.
• Ability to identify crop deviations early.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and data recording ability.
