What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily breakfast buffet service across all lodge locations, ensuring food quality, presentation, environment, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain control over food & beverage costs, minimizing wastage and reporting variances.
• Supervise and schedule chef and waiter rotations, ensuring adequate staffing and adherence to leave rosters.
• Train and motivate service staff to ensure consistency and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven Food & Beverage management experience, preferably within lodges or resorts.
• Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, inventory, and stock management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple sites while maintaining high service and operational standards.
