Haly Group Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Administration Officer to support financial management and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial & accounting records
  • Prepare monthly & annual financial reports
  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and expenditures
  • Handle invoicing, payments & reconciliations
  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee payroll & statutory remittances
  • Support audits and general administration tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in finance/accounting role
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks/Tally & Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
  • Knowledge of tax laws & financial reporting standards
