JOB DETAILS:
SUMMARY
We are seeking an Excavator Operator for mining operations in Chunya, Mbeya.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently
- Load trucks and handle materials
- Conduct pre-shift checks and maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Report issues and incidents promptly
- Maintain equipment and records
- Monitor excavator performance and productivity
- Coordinate with other operators and teams
- Ensure proper digging and loading techniques
- Conduct post-shift checks and report issues
- Do any other task relevant to the work as directed by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Heavy Equipment Operation
- Valid operator license
- 1-2 years of experience in mining/construction
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
