The company is currently seeking qualified and motivated Cost Controller Trainees to join its team in Dar es Salaam on an internship basis. The successful candidates will support budgeting, forecasting, procurement coordination, and cost control activities while gaining hands-on experience in financial and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare cost analysis and variance reports.
  • Support procurement activities and supplier evaluation processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to cost management.
  • Support departmental administrative and operational activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Must have attained an Upper Second Class in Diploma or Degree studies.
  • Must have a C Credit Pass in Mathematics and English Language at O-Level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity, commitment, and professionalism.

General Conditions

  • Internship placement will be based in Dar es Salaam.
