JOB DETAILS:

Background:

Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co. Ltd (DOCG) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Claims Engineer to join our team in Tanga, Tanzania. This is a pivotal role for a professional with a significant background in the Construction & Oil & Gas sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex contractual issues effectively
• Ensure successful project delivery through meticulous claims handling
• Apply contractual knowledge for dispute resolution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in claims management within construction and/or oil & gas industry
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Excellent negotiation and report writing skills

Minimum of 10+ years' experience in claims management within the construction and/or oil & gas industry.
