JOB DETAILS:
The Chief Manager Human Resource – Shared Services, reporting to the Director of Human Resource, plays a strategic leadership role in designing and delivering centralized HR services. This position focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and a data-driven approach to HR. Responsibilities include developing compensation strategies, overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and mentoring a team of HR professionals. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Commerce, or Business Administration (majoring in HR) and at least 8 years of experience in banking or financial institutions. Strong knowledge of compensation practices, analytical skills, and proficiency in compensation management software are required, along with leadership and interpersonal abilities aligned with TCB’s core values.
