Background information about the job or company:
Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa with a mission to make cities for people, not cars. The Business Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, negotiating deals, and supporting ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and building up a well-balanced pipeline.
- Setting up outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships with medium businesses.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
- Providing market feedback to the Product team and monitoring emerging markets.
Qualifications or requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing mid-market clients.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset and experienced CRM user.
Experience needed:
Experience in fast-paced B2B sales.
