Assistant Lecturer-Human Resource Management
1 Applicants must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management from recognized institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and 4.0 at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, respectively. Academic specialization must be consistent from undergraduate to postgraduate levels
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Applicants for Assistant Lecturer positions should demonstrate:
- Ability to teach undergraduate students effectively;
- Capacity to assist in academic and applied research activities;
- Ability to participate in consultancy and community outreach activities;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Competence in academic writing and publication;
- ICT proficiency relevant to teaching and learning;
- Professional integrity and ability to work in teams.
