ASSISTANT LECTURER (ACCOUNTING)

Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals for undergraduate programmes;
• To prepare and present case studies;
• To conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
• To participate/contribute in curriculum development;
• To recognize students having learning difficulties, intervene and provide assistance and support;
• To guide students in various academic issues;
• To participate in consultancy and community services under supervision; and
• To attend workshops, conferences and symposia.

Qualifications

Holder of Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting and Finance, Master of Science in Accounting, Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management, Master of Finance and Accounting in Oil and Gas, Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor of Science in Accounting. The candidate should possess a GPA of at least 4.0 points at the Master’s Level and a minimum GPA of 3.8 points (out of 5 points) at the Bachelor’s Level and a minimum of B+ in Accounting subjects.
