Background:
Bayer is seeking Area Field Production Coordinators to manage commercial seed production activities in Tanzania. The role involves coordinating various operations related to seed production and maintaining key account relationships with seed producers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate seed production activities
- Manage grower base and ensure reliable seed supply
- Implement quality assurance standards
- Track operational budgets and seek improvements
- Promote and implement best practices for quality and reliability
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in agronomy or 10 years of seed production experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office software
