Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Human Resource Planning, Labour Relations, Public Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration (majoring in Human Resources Management) or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all employees
• Interpret and implement staff structures
• Research, analyze, plan and estimate staff training needs
• Collect, analyze and maintain all staff statistics and records
• Handle various daily staff welfare matters

General Conditions for All Applicants

• Tanzanian citizen, aged 18–45 years, no criminal record
• These are new positions – current permanent public servants are not eligible
• Ready to be posted to any region or district in Tanzania
