About the Role

DOMAKA is looking for a qualified, highly motivated, and dedicated individual to fill the position of Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, handling accounting operations, and ensuring the accurate and efficient financial management of the company to support our rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily transaction records and accounting ledgers.

Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, income/expense reports, and present them to management in a timely manner.

Account Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction details to maintain financial integrity.

Compliance & Tax Management: Ensure all financial practices, tax filings, and regulatory requirements are fully compliant with relevant laws.

Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaborate effectively across departments to align financial tasks with overall company goals. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience: Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; prior hands-on accounting experience is required/preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with team members and external stakeholders.

Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as function effectively as part of a team.

Professional Standards: Strong commitment, high integrity, professionalism, and a proactive willingness to learn and adapt.
