Astra Pharma (T) Ltd is looking to hire two (2) qualified and motivated Medical Representatives to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities or duties

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive prescriptions and product awareness.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor data to support sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations and one-on-one/group meetings with medical professionals.
• Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications or requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Sciences or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience needed

• Minimum 1 year experience in medical/pharma sales.
