Job Summary:

To specialize in the mechanical aspects of production line changeovers, including dismantling, modifying, reassembling, and aligning machinery for different product formats or packaging lines to ensure rapid and reliable setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute mechanical changeovers, including molds, dies, guides, and conveyors.
• Perform precision mechanical adjustments and alignments for new product runs.
• Work closely with instrumentation and electrical teams for integrated changeovers.
• Develop and improve standardized changeover procedures and tools.
• Perform safety checks on all mechanical setups before production restart.
• Maintain a library of change parts and ensure their readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment with frequent changeovers.
• Expertise in mechanical fitting, alignment, and tooling.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SMED methodology is a strong advantage.
