The Baobab Institute of Tanzania (BIT) is seeking a Tutor in Pharmaceutical Sciences to provide quality training and support the development of competent pharmacy professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, and pharmacy practice.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions and demonstrations.
• Develop and review course materials and assessments.
• Supervise student research projects and industrial attachments.
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
• Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Master’s degree preferred).
• Registration with a relevant professional council is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching or professional experience in pharmaceutical sciences.
