About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Timekeeper to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording daily attendance, tracking work hours, machinery movement, and maintaining labor records to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance of all site workers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and submit reports to management.
  • Monitor overtime, leave, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to verify work hours and manpower allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Conducting initial follow-up inspection on site, usage/defects/breakdown to establish types and number of machinery/equipment’s on site, usage/equipment’s on site.
  • Document inspection findings and breakdown reports if any for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BSC Civil Engineering, BSC Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance and Economics (Fresh Graduates)
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Previous experience as a timekeeper, clerk in a similar role (construction experience is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
