Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot intruder alarm systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs of electronic security equipment.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Perform site inspections and prepare technical service reports.
• Ensure all installations comply with required technical and safety standards.
• Provide professional technical support to clients.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned company assets.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Practical experience in CCTV installation, alarm systems, and electronic security equipment.
• Good troubleshooting, fault-diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous experience working with a security systems company will be an added advantage.
