JOB DETAILS:

Job Description

• Promote and sell agricultural inputs to Agro-dealers and distributors.
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships to expand the customer base.
• Provide technical advice and support on the proper use of agricultural inputs.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any product or service issues.
• Collect feedback on product performance and market needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
• Train farmers and Agro-dealers on the benefits and correct usage of agricultural inputs.
• Organize farmer field days, workshops, and promotional events to increase awareness and drive sales.

 Skills Required

• Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
• Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs,
