We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector, with a specific focus on LNG projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management principles and environmental sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas sector with at least 10 years of project management experience in LNG projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of environmental policies and clean energy initiatives
• Passionate about environmental sustainability
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to work in diverse communities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• High level of confidentiality
• Flexibility and able to work under pressure
