Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Pharmacy Sales Representative to support sales operations, promote pharmaceutical products, and deliver excellent customer service across assigned pharmacy outlets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys front-line sales, understands pharmacy retail, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical and consumer health products across assigned pharmacy outlets.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
- Process sales transactions and support basic cash-handling activities where applicable.
- Ensure proper shelf arrangement, product visibility, validity, and availability.
- Support pharmacists with daily operations as required during field activities and promotions.
- Monitor stock levels, identify fast- and slow-moving items, and support re-ordering.
- Prepare basic sales and market feedback reports for the Commercial Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, OTC, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy sales, FMCG sales, retail pharmacy, or consumer health sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity and customer care orientation.
- Good numerical accuracy and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to move within Dar es Salaam to cover assigned outlets.
