Job Purpose:

Manage the spare parts and consumables store, ensuring accurate inventory, timely issuance, and availability of parts for maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
• Issue parts against approved requisitions/job cards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (bin cards, ledgers, or computerized systems).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and security of parts.
• Prepare stock and consumption reports.
• Identify obsolete or slow-moving stock.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years' experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in a workshop.
