Senior Sales Manager job at Outstanding Solutions Ltd
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Bachelor or MBA degree, preferably in business, market intelligence, or marketing
• Knowledge of the sales and marketing fields in the Tanzanian hospitality context, preferably in Tourism, hotels, and lodges
• Strong analytic/number-crunching background, particularly with sales and marketing data
• High level of comfort working with high-level business clients.
• Minimum 5-years Experience in the Hospitality Industry,
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Food &Beverage
• Minimum 3-years Experience working asan F&B Manager
• Strong Working knowledge of Related
• Computer Software, including Restaurant Management Software.
• First-hand knowledge of Safari Africa, gained from working and/or living within East or southern Africa,
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
• Trustworthiness, to have a strong sense of integrity,
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines,
• Clear communication skills ensuring flow of clear, timely and candid information,
• Independent worker - able to work well with minimal supervision and have a problem-solving attitude,
• Strong customer service skills, with an eye for detail,
• Proactive, self-motivated and focused,
