Job Description

  • Analyze and assist in manpower requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.
  • Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, performance management, and training and development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
  • Engage in collective bargaining negotiations with trade unions on behalf of the employer.
  • Collaborate with unions and government bodies, ensuring meetings are documented and records are properly maintained.
  • Promote positive employee relations to enhance morale and motivation.
  • Address and mediate employee grievances and labor disputes, providing appropriate advice and solutions.
  • Manage processes related to employee compensation, assistance programs, separations, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure discipline and professional conduct within the organization to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Coordinate with service providers to resolve unit-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to management.
