Full Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) position at NBC Bank is a sales and customer acquisition role focused on supporting the growth of retail banking liability products through direct customer engagement and proactive sales activities. The position is designed for energetic and targetdriven individuals who can promote banking products, generate leads, and assist customers with account opening and digital banking services. The recruitment is for 40 positions based at the Morocco Square Branch, with a contract duration of six months. The role reports directly to the Business Development Manager and requires candidates who are organized, sales-oriented, and capable of delivering quality customer service while meeting business targets.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Selling retail banking liability and deposit products to customers
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate banking solutions
  • Generating quality sales leads and conducting effective follow-up to convert leads into successful sales
  • Participating in sales activations and marketing campaigns to achieve assigned targets
  • Ensuring newly onboarded customers are active and connected to digital banking services
  • Assisting customers in completing account opening procedures in accordance with NBC Bank policies and operational requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with operational risk procedures, health and safety standards, KYC requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Knowledge of banking products is required
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability for results
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
