Job Title: Data Transformation Manager

Job Function: Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Transformation & Modelling: Design and implement scalable data transformation layers and business-ready data models to support analytics and reporting.

Process Mapping & Optimization: Document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes using appropriate tools.

Data Quality & Governance: Establish data quality controls, documentation standards, and governance frameworks to ensure metric consistency.

Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Translate business requirements and logic into standardized, reusable data models, SQL, or dbt code.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, BI, analytics, and business teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver value.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data warehousing.
• Proven experience in data transformation, focusing on post-loaded data manipulation.

• Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries for large-scale datasets.
• Deep understanding of data modelling concepts.
• Strong analytical skills.
