JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Collect, enter, and maintain data related to bush clearing and land development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record hectares cleared, machinery hours, fuel usage, and labor.
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain files and records for audits.
- Assist in mapping and tracking of cleared areas.
- Maintain data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Statistics, IT, Land Management, or related field.
2+ years' experience in data entry/records.
Skills & Competencies:
MS Excel and database software
Accuracy and attention to detail
Reporting
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
