JOB DETAILS:

Job Description

• Maintain and monitor factory machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and continuous operation of corrugation machines throughout the production process.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize the risk of machine breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair machinery promptly in the event of malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Accurately measure and feed raw materials into machines to maintain consistent production quality.
• Conduct periodic inspections of machine output to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and remove damaged or defective products from the production line to uphold quality control.
• Package finished goods in accordance with company specifications and quality standards.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the reporting officer to support operational needs.

 Skills Required

• Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
• Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Doc
