JOB DETAILS:

BUSH CLEARING/LAND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose

To coordinate and supervise land clearing, earthmoving, grading and land-development activities to ensure timely, safe and efficient preparation of agricultural estates.

Key Duties

• Develop daily land-development work plans.
• Supervise operators and field workers.
• Coordinate dozers, graders, loaders, excavators and trucks.
• Allocate equipment to work areas.
• Monitor land-clearing progress.
• Ensure work follows approved site plans.
• Monitor productivity and equipment utilisation.
• Coordinate with surveyors and agricultural teams.
• Ensure environmental and safety requirements are observed.
• Maintain daily work records.
• Report progress, challenges and equipment requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Land Development, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in large-scale land clearing or estate development is preferred.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
