JOB DETAILS:
BUSH CLEARING ASSISTANT
Job Purpose
To support land-clearing and development teams in preparing agricultural land safely and efficiently.
Key Duties
- Assist operators and supervisors during land-clearing activities.
- Remove small vegetation and debris where appropriate.
- Assist with measuring and marking work areas.
- Support movement and organisation of tools and materials.
- Assist with site preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Observe safety instructions.
- Report hazards and incidents.
- Assist with environmental protection measures.
- Perform other assigned field duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic secondary education.
- Previous experience in farm work, land clearing or construction is an advantage.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
