Job Description

  • Maintain the manpower requisition tracker and follow up with the central recruitment team to ensure timely closure.
  • Complete onboarding formalities, including induction, biometric registration, and verification of all personal file documents.
  • Administer biometric attendance and record overtime details in the system according to SOP.
  • Assist with document filing and record-keeping for all HR-related tasks.
  • Support payroll processing and salary administration activities.
  • Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary issues with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Executive.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including reviews and appraisals.
  • Process leave requests and maintain an up-to-date employee leave tracker.
  • Handle medical reimbursements and other benefit claims, ensuring accurate tracking.
