About the Role

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client in the hospitality industry, is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at a hospitality site. The successful candidate will manage staff performance, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and proven operational management experience—preferably within oil and gas site environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all hospitality operations at the assigned site to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee performance of cooks, cleaners, stewards, and other site staff to maintain operational standards.
  • Monitor food production, housekeeping, and maintenance activities to meet quality and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations as required by oil and gas site protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold hygiene, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards.
  • Liaise with clients and management to resolve operational issues and implement service improvements.
  • Manage stock levels, requisitions, and inventory control to prevent shortages or wastage.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for staff movements, supplies, and service schedules in accordance with site needs.
  • Support staff training and development to promote operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all site operations comply with contractual agreements, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Act as the primary contact between the company and client for site-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality ManagementBusiness Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with hands-on operational experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE procedures and experience working in oil and gas environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
