POSITION: MARKETING OFFICER

LOCATION: KIBAHA

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, advertisements, and events to increase brand visibility.
• Manage and update digital marketing platforms, including social media and company website.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing or similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Swahili.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to travel for marketing activities and events.
