Job Advert Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of After Sales to lead our post-purchase customer experience function. This pivotal role oversees service operations, parts management, customer support, and loyalty programs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and sustained profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement after-sales strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Manage departmental budgets, revenue from services/parts, and profitability opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the after-sales team, ensuring professionalism and performance.
- Oversee service operations, including workshops, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Drive customer satisfaction by managing complaints, warranties, and technical support.
- Act as the link between customers, field operations, and manufacturing for product quality improvements.
- Conduct market and data analysis to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related business discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the automotive/technical industry.
- Strong leadership, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, service systems, and IT/CRM tools.

- Strong organizational, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator under pressure.
- Skilled in coaching and developing technical teams.
- Ethical, transparent, and stakeholder-oriente
