Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily branch operations. Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and operational controls.
  • Customer Service & Client Relations: Deliver excellent customer service and promptly respond to client inquiries. Support customer needs and issue timely payment reminders to reduce default risks.
  • Loan Processing & Transaction Management: Support end-to-end loan application processing. Manage branch transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements.
  • Financial Reporting & Record Management: Prepare and reconcile financial statements and records. Contribute to branch performance reports and analysis of key metrics.
  • Teamwork & Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with branch staff to improve workflows. Promote operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an accountant with strong financial knowledge.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a microfinance institution or bank is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
