REQUIREMENTS

  • Age 30+ years, higher education degree or equivalent.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a police officer or working in microfinance with the similar role.
  • Ability to adapt to travel assignments.
  • Having prior experience with Excel statistics would be beneficial.

  • Collaborate with legal, personnel, and post-lending departments.
  • Be responsible for conducting anti-fraud investigations into company-related cases, including instances where internal employees conspired with customers to defraud the company of its assets.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and control.
