Background

Position Overview
Responsible for managing and issuing spare parts, maintaining stock records, and supporting technicians and customers to ensure smooth operation of agricultural machinery services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control agricultural machinery spare parts
- Receive, store, and issue spare parts accurately
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory control
- Advise customers and technicians on correct spare parts
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages on time
- Work closely with technicians and sales teams
- Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Automotive, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in spare parts management (agricultural machinery preferred)
- Good knowledge of tractors and agricultural equipment
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized
- Good communication and customer service skills.
