The Role: Administrator Officer
The job purpose of an HORECA Administrator with reporting skills is to provide efficient administrative support to the HORECA operations, The administrator will be responsible for creating and maintaining all company packaging lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency across departments. This role requires close collaboration with the Stores team to manage packaging materials, track inventory, and support smooth distribution operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to strategic planning through the creation and interpretation of relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities: Your Impact at BML
- Providing Administrative Support: Handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the relevant department (e.g., Procurement, stores ).
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to align packaging needs with supply chain activities.
- Ensure packaging lists meet company standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain department files, packaging lists, and inventory records.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and properly stored
- Coordinate on stock levels, replenishment, and usage reports.
