ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store staff
- Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets and KPIs
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and prevent stock loss
- Ensure store appearance meets visual merchandising and brand standards
- Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and reports
- Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and loss-prevention practices
- Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel purchasing or procurement, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with hospitality procurement systems (e.g, Material Control, Adaco).
- Knowledge of local suppliers and market trends in hospitality.
