Position Summary
The Sales Supervisor will lead and support the sales team to drive business growth. This role involves supervising day-to-day sales operations, coaching sales personnel, ensuring outstanding customer service, and promoting strong performance aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Execution
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in setting sales goals and executing effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with management on sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff.
2. Market & Product Knowledge
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of SAVA’s products, services, and value proposition.
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
3. Customer Relationship Building
- Provide basic customer service support as required.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Training & Development
- Participate in structured training programs covering:
- Sales techniques
- Negotiation skills
- Product knowledge
- CRM and reporting tools
- Additionally, shadow senior sales team members to learn practical selling strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities and progress.
- Track sales performance data and assist in generating analytics or dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience with 1–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- High motivation, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities.

Working Conditions
- Field visits and client interactions as required
