Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, fleet management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities in Tanzania.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
